The Middleville DDA will be accepting sealed bids on items for sale. Bids must be to the attention of Middleville DDA Surplus and may be mailed to PO Box 402, Middleville MI 49333 or hand-delivered to the DDA office located at 125 E Main Street, Middleville, MI, inside of the Mix Coworking Studio.
The Middleville DDA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities in any bid, and award the bid(s) in a manner that the DDA deems to be in its best interest, price and other factors considered. Bidders must bid on each item separately. Bidders are instructed to mark the outside of the envelope “SEALED BID” and include their name and address, phone number, the dollar amount of the bid, and the description of the item they are bidding on.
All items sold AS-IS and are available for visual inspection by appointment. It is the bidder’s responsibility to make sure bids and quotations are received by the Director on or before the due date. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPED OR CONSIDERED.
